Created multiple VMs inside VMware to run my domain controllers running windows server 2016, a Linux server for docker containers, and my game server clusters. Setup File shares, a DNS server, and group policies within my home network. Currently working on creating VLANs to separate my home lab, personal computer, and guest networks using my Cisco 2900 series router and switches.

Lead Technician for any warranty repairs in the USA and Canada. Designed processes and procedures for upcoming projects such as troubleshooting guides or scripts for the customer service representatives. After the initial design I fine-tuned and adjusted the procedures to ensure optimal operations. I investigated root causes of cases that were difficult to diagnose or cases that had multiple returns for the same issue and find a solution for the customer.
